How to Enter
Participating in the giveaway is as simple as it can be. Download the Grid Master app and submit your fantasy teams in our contests. Once done, share your fantasy teams on your Instagram stories and tag Grid Master (@gridmasterlive) and you'll automatically be entered into the giveaway for a chance to win the ultimate reward - A trip to Japan! Winner Details
The winner of the giveaway will be selected through a random drawing from the list of all eligible participants. The lucky winner will be announced on our social media channels on March 24th, 2024 right after the conclusion of the AUSTRALIAN GP. It’s time for thunder down under.
Prize Redemption
Upon being declared the winner, you must contact us via email within 24 hours to complete the necessary formalities. Failure to do so will result in disqualification, and a new winner will be selected.

Participants are required to submit the following documents for visa application:
● Visa Application Form (Filled with a recent photograph pasted on it)
● Photo Size: 2 X 2 inches with 70% face coverage and a white background
● Original Passport of the Applicant
● Covering Letter (if applicable, on business letterhead)
● Leave Letter (if employed)
● Confirmed Hotel Bookings
● Tour Itinerary
● Income Proof of the Applicant (Latest tax papers for the past 2 years or Form16) and a minimum bank balance of INR 2 lakhs
● Confirmed Return Air Ticket
Please note that Grid Master will help you with Visa forms, Cover letter drafts, hotel bookings, itineraries, and confirmed
air tickets. The winner agrees to share all the other documents with us.
Visa Procurement Process
